Fauna escape ring designed to allow non-target platypus and rakali easy escape from a fyke net, while still retaining target fish.
Fauna-Go is held securely and simply in place by a rubber toggle (supplied) fitted to the draw-cord of the fyke net.
On setting a fyke net with a Fauna-Go the cod-end is tied up above the waterline ensuring a continuous opening to allow by-catch fauna to escape.
Each Fauna-Go has an internal diameter of 100 mm. Lightweight construction enables easy and safe net setting.
